Guest guest Posted November 7, 2002 Report Share Posted November 7, 2002 Quinoa Salad 2 cups precooked quinoa 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 1/4cup pumpkin seed 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes sliced in half 1 cup lettuce-small pieces or baby leaf mix. Mix ingredients together.
