Guest guest
Tamara, Flax replacer, in my opinion, works MUCH better. I use it all the time. Flax Egg Replacer: 1/4 C Flax Seed 2/3 C Water Grind Flax Seed to a fine powder. Put in a jar and add water. Put a lid on and shake it for about 30 seconds. Let stand for at least a couple of minutes before using. Use 1/4 C to replace 1 egg. Keeps in fridge for 7-10 days. If using after being refrigerated, add a tad bit of hot water and stir to thin a bit. Give it a try. It's healthier than most egg replacers too. : ) Lynnette
