Banana-Rice Smoothie

 

3 large ripe bananas

1 cup milk alternative

1 cup ice

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 pinch of nutmeg

2 tablespoons rice bran

1 pinch of cinnamon

 

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into tall

glasses. Lightly dust with nutmeg and serve immediately.
