Guest guest Posted November 1, 2002 Report Share Posted November 1, 2002 Apple Juice Vinaigrette Top your salads with a light sweet and tangy dressing. 4 Tbsp. olive oil 2 Tbsp. lemon juice1/2 cup apple juice 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. minced garlic Combine in in blender. Process until well combined. Immediately pour over salad. Note: Makes 3/4 cups vinaigrette.
