Guest guest Posted October 31, 2002 Report Share Posted October 31, 2002 Sharon's Five Minute Chocolate Cake 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups gf flour (1 c. rice flour and 1/2 cup potato or tapioca starch) 1/2 tsp. sea salt 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/3 cup oil 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup cold water Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients in order given. Pour into ungreased square 8 " cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. A double recipe is about right for a bundt pan.
