Guest guest Posted October 31, 2002 Report Share Posted October 31, 2002 Pineapple Ginger Sauce 1 tsp. minced garlic 1 tsp. minced ginger 1 cup pineapple juice (w/o sugar) 1/4 cup wheat free tamari or soy sauce 1 Tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1 Tbsp. cold water Saute garlic and ginger in a little water in a medium non-stick skillet. After about 3 minutes add juice and soy sauce. Heat on medium high until it boils, then stir in cornstarch. Heat until it gets to your desired consistency.
