Guest guest Posted October 27, 2002 Report Share Posted October 27, 2002 Macaroni and Cheese 2 cups uncooked quinoa macaroni (cooked before using) 1 cup raw cashews 2 tsp. nutritional yeast flakes 2 tsp. onion powder 1/3 cup lemon juice 2 cups broccoli flowerets, optional 1/2 tsp. paprika 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. garlic powder 2 cups boiling water 1/2 cup seasoned gluten-free bread crumbs (optional) Blend cashews with a little water until smooth. Then add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs and broccoli. Whiz until smooth. Pour over top of macaroni in casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
