Guest guest Posted October 26, 2002 Report Share Posted October 26, 2002 Spaghetti Sauce 3 cans diced or whole tomatoes, blended slightly 2 or more cloves garlic 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 diced green pepper 1 cup diced mushrooms 1 1/2 Tbsp. crushed Italian seasonings 2 Tbsp. dried parsley 2 Tbsp. dried minced onions 2 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. fructose Saute' peppers and muishrooms, then add to remaining ingredients. Simmer as long as possible - the longer the better!
