Chocolate Frosting

 

1 package Mori-Nu Tofu

3 Tbsp. rice syrup

1 cup Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips

 

Stir tofu with rice syrup. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir in chips and

microwave 1 more minute. Whip until smooth. Blend in blender until smooth

and creamy. Enjoy!

 

*Ghirardelli chocolate chips are vegan! Please read the label to determine

gf status, as ingredients change from time to time.
