Guest guest Posted October 22, 2002 Report Share Posted October 22, 2002 Coconut Cream Pie 3 1/2 cups vanilla flavored rice milk 1/2 cup honey (or liquid alternative sweetener) 6 Tbsp. corn starch 2 cups coconut 2 Tbsp. coconut extract Save out 1/2 cup rice milk to blend with corn starch flavoring. Bring the remaining ingredients to a slow boil and add thickening. Cook until thick. Cool completely on counter.
