Guest guest Posted October 22, 2002 Report Share Posted October 22, 2002 Vegan Tuna Salad 1 lb. firm tofu, frozen and thawed 1/3 small green bell pepper, finely chopped 1 Tbsp. minced red onion 1/2 cup Veganaise 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (gf) 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. kelp powder (may double) Squeeze the excess moisture out of the thawed tofu and crumble it into small pieces. Combine with the bell pepper and onion. Stir together the Veganaise, soy sauce, lemon juice and kelp powder.
