Guest guest Posted October 21, 2002 Report Share Posted October 21, 2002 Napa Cabbage Salad Source: NEWSTART 1 small Napa (Chinese) cabbage 1/2 cup unsweetened, crushed pineapple 1/2 cup pineapple juice 1/4 cup clean, raw cashews 1/4 cup unsweetened, coconut Shred cabbage into a bowl. Process remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth. Let stand a few minutes and blend again until very smooth. Toss with cabbage and chill. For variation, add 3/4 cup pineapple tidbits.
