Cranberry Relish

12 oz. bag cranberries

1 1/2 cups pitted dates

2 apples, diced

1 orange, peeled, seeds removed

1 Tbsp. grated orange peel

 

Chop all ingredients in food processor or grinder. Chill and allow flavors

to blend before serving.

 

Yields: 4 1/4 cups or 17 servings.
