Guest guest Posted October 21, 2002 Report Share Posted October 21, 2002 Fruit Gelatin Source: NEWSTART 20 ounce can unsweetened, crushed pineapple 3 Tbsp. unflavored Emes Kosher Jel 3/4 cup pineapple juice concentrate 3/4 cup water 2 cups fresh or frozen fruit in any combination, such as raspberries, diced apples, bananas, cherries Drain crushed pineapple. Combine juice with Emes Jel in a small saucepan. Add juice concentrate and water and heat until Jel is dissolved, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add fruit. Pour into a decorative mold and chill. To release from mold, place in pan of warm water for a few seconds, then invert onto serving platter.
