Guest guest Posted October 17, 2002 Report Share Posted October 17, 2002 Sweet Breakfast Rice Source: McDougall Quick & Easy Cookbook 1 c. cooked brown rice 3 dates 1/3 c. water 3/4 whole banana Heat the rice in a microwave until warm, about 1 minute. Stir and set aside. Place the dates and water in a blender jar and process briefly. Add the banana and process until smooth. Pour over the warmed rice.
