Guest guest Posted October 17, 2002 Report Share Posted October 17, 2002 Cream of Broccoli Soup Source: Dining in the Raw 1 bunch broccoli florets 1 large or 2 small ripe avocados 1 cucumber juice of 2 lemons 1 large garlic clove Bragg's to taste 1/4 c. each fresh parlsey and cilantro, minced Set aside some broccoli florets. Blend all remaining ingredients until creamy and add enough water to create a thick soup consistency. Chop the remaining broccoli florets and add to soup. Mix well. Chill and serve.
