Ten-Minute Chili

Source: McDougall Quick & Easy Cookbook

 

2 15 oz. cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed

2 c. fat free spaghetti sauce

2 tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. ground cumin

dash of cayenne pepper (optional)

 

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat for 10 minutes, stirring

occasionally. Ladle into bowls and serve.
