Guest guest Posted October 17, 2002 Report Share Posted October 17, 2002 Ten-Minute Chili Source: McDougall Quick & Easy Cookbook 2 15 oz. cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed 2 c. fat free spaghetti sauce 2 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. ground cumin dash of cayenne pepper (optional) Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
