Guest guest Posted October 17, 2002 Report Share Posted October 17, 2002 The World's Best (and easiest) Chocolate Pudding Source: Vegan Vittles 1 1/2 c. crumbled lite silken tofu (firm) 2/3 c. unbleached cane sugar 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tsp. vanilla extract pinch of salt Place all the ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade, and process until smooth, creamy and thick. Transfer to a storage container, and chill the pudding in the refrigerator until serving time. Yield: 1 1/2 cups I hope you all enjoy this. My kids think this is the BEST treat going!!
