Guest guest Posted October 17, 2002 Report Share Posted October 17, 2002 Corn and rice both have there own kind of gluten.. but it is not the same as found in Wheat, rye, oats or barley. In our house our children are the ones who avoid it, our son has Celiac..and our daughter was diagnosed with an allergy to Wheat, rye, barley, when young before we thought of Celiac for her.
