Guest guest Posted October 17, 2002 Report Share Posted October 17, 2002 Coconut Cream Topping Source: A Taste of Nature 1 cup water 2/3 cup coconut 1 pinch salt 2 - 3 Tbsp. honey (or alternative liquid sweetener) 1/4 cup water 2 Tbsp. flour (gf if necessary) OR cornstarch Bring to a boil first four ingredients. Mix flour with 1/4 cup water and stir into boiling mixture. Continue to boil about 2 minutes.
