Guest guest Posted October 16, 2002 Report Share Posted October 16, 2002 Tofu Cottage Cheese Source: Country Life Cookbook 4 cups tofu, well drained 1 1/2 tsp. salt (slightly rounded) 3/4 cup Vegenaise (soy mayonaise) 2 1/4 tsp. onion powder (3 tsp.when used in savory dishes) 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (1 tsp. when used in savory dishes) Crumble tofu and drain well. Mix together with a potato masher or a fork. Chill. Serving ideas: Serve with dried or fresh chopped chives. This recipe is good used in anything that you would use cottage cheese.
