Guest guest Posted October 14, 2002 Report Share Posted October 14, 2002 Tofu Ricotta Use this vegan ricotta cheese in stuffed shells or lasagna for a tasty dinner dish! 2 packages low fat tofu 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 cup parsley, fresh minced 1 head garlic, roasted salt to taste Drain tofu for 30 minutes.
