Guest guest Posted October 7, 2002 Report Share Posted October 7, 2002 Parsley Spread Source: A Taste of Nature 1 3/4 cups cooked green lima beans 1/4 cup powdered soy milk 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 Tbsp. yeast flakes 1 celery stalk, chopped slightly (optional) 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley 2 green onions, chopped slightly 1/2 cup water 1 1/2 Tbsp. McKay's Chicken Style Seasoning (may substitute) Blend well in blender or food processor. Serve chilled. Good on toast and crackers or as a sandwich filling.
