Guest guest Posted October 7, 2002 Report Share Posted October 7, 2002 Cranberry Wild Rice 1 1/2 c. uncooked wild rice 1 tbsp vegan margarine, melted 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 tbsp dried rosemary, crushed 4 med green onions, sliced (1/4 cup) 2 cups chicken-style broth 2 cups water 1/2 c. sliced button mushrooms 1/2 c. dried cranberries Mix all ingredients except cranberries in a covered pot. Bring to boiling then simmer for 15 minutes on low, stirring occasionally. Add cranberries and simmer an additional 10 minutes.
