Guest guest Posted October 6, 2002 Report Share Posted October 6, 2002 Fried Rice Source: Incredible Edibles 1 package (1 lb.) tofu that's been frozen, thawed, and torn in small pieces 1 onion, chopped Bragg's Liquid Aminos and vegetable oil 4 cups cooked brown rice 1/2 cup green peas, frozen garlic salt to taste In frying pan, saute tofu and onion in oil and Bragg's Liquid Aminos. Add rice and green peas. Mix thoroughly and saute on very low heat for 20 minutes. Season with garlic salt to taste. Note: Add mushroom pieces, if you like. This is also better the second day.
