Guest guest Posted October 6, 2002 Report Share Posted October 6, 2002 Spiced Rice Source: Incredible Edibles 2 cups dairy-free milk 4 Tbsp. cornstarch 4 cups cooked brown rice, cooled 2 Tbsp. honey (or alternative sweetener) 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup each: shredded coconut and chopped pecans 1/2 tsp. each: orange peel, coriander (or cardamon) In a mixing bowl, mix milk and cornstarch together. Then, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Put this in a casserole dish, cover with foil and bake in 325 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes.
