Guest guest Posted October 5, 2002 Report Share Posted October 5, 2002 Avocado Molded Salad Source: Ten Talents To make Jell: Mix: 2 level Tbsp. agar-agar flakes 1 1/4 cups cold water Let set 1 minute. Add: 1 cup hot pear or apricot juice Boil 3 minutes. Let cool. Add: 1 cup more juice 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 cup raw honey (or alternative sweetener) Let set until slighlty jelled (10 minutes). Prepare mold by oiling lightly. Decorate with mango and avocado rings. Pour agar-agar Jell slowly into mold. Let set undisturbed in refrigerator. Unmold by running hot water over pan. Fill center with sliced bananas.
