Instant Breakfast

All seeds used are raw, unsalted.

Mix together and soak in 3/4 cup of pure water for 24 hours:

1 tbsp. pumkin seeds

1 tbsp. sesame seeds

1 tbsp. flax seed

2 tbsp. almonds

1 tbsp. sunflower seeds

 

Pour into blender and liquefy while adding 1 cup of water. Add 2-3 tsp.

raw, unpasteurized honey. Add 1 - 1 1/2 cups of frozed or fresh berries,

cherries, or banana. Makes two large glasses.

 

This recipe contains the essential oils that the body can quickly burn

for energy, that are necessary for brain growth and function and that

help normalize cholesterol. It is high in organic trace minerals and

clacium. Ounce for ounce, sesame seeds contain more calcium then milk.
