Guest guest Posted October 4, 2002 Report Share Posted October 4, 2002 Potato Salad with Avocado Source: Ten Talents 6 cups diced cooked potatoes 2 Tbsp. onion powder or fresh onion 2 cups chopped green or black ripe olives 2 cups diced or cubed avocado 1/2 tsp. celery seed powder 1/2 tsp. dill powder 2 tsp. salt Chopped parsley Mix all together and add your favorite salad dressing. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chopped parsley. Steam potatoes with skins on in waterless cookware.
