Guest guest Posted October 1, 2002 Report Share Posted October 1, 2002 Millet Rice Loaf Source: Ten Talents (adapted) 1 cup cooked millet 1 cup cooked brown rice 1/2 cup ground cashews 1/2 cup raw quinoa flakes 1/2 cup water 1 Tbsp. onion powder 2 Tbsp. peanut butter (or other nut butter) 1/2 tsp. cerlery seed 1/4 tsp. thyme 1/8 tsp. cumin Salt to taste Mix well all together, (for smoother loaf, cereal may be blended with water). Place into an oiled loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or less. Let set. Slice.
