Guest guest Posted October 1, 2002 Report Share Posted October 1, 2002 Pumpkin Seed Millet Patties Source: Ten Talents 4 cups steamed millet 1 cup steamed brown rice 1 cup ground pumpkin seeds, raw 1/4 cup ground cashew nuts or nut butter 3 Tbsp. oil 1 tsp. salt or less to taste 1 tsp. onion powder or 1/4 cup chopped onions 1 tsp. sage, leaf Mix all together with spoon and then with hands. Form into patties. Sprinkle with paprika and pan fry with a little oil or bake in oven until golden brown.
