Guest guest Posted October 1, 2002 Report Share Posted October 1, 2002 Lentil-Nut Loaf Source: Ten Talents (adapted) 3 cups lentils, medium soft puree 1 1/2 cups raw nuts, chopped almonds, pecans or walnuts 1/2 cup ground sunflower seeds 1 Tbsp. onion powder 1/2 cup raw quinoa flakes or gf bread crumbs 1 tsp. sage 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (gf) or Bragg's Aminos 4 Tbsp. oil Mix well. Bake in oiled loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
