Guest guest Posted October 1, 2002 Report Share Posted October 1, 2002 * Exported from MasterCook * Raw Nut Ice Cream Recipe By :Jean Hewitt Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups soy milk 1 cup almonds 1 cup pecans 1/2 cup sunflower seed kernels 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1/4 cup flax seeds 1/2 cup honey (or alternative sweetener) 1/4 cup oil 1 teaspoon vanilla Mix all the ingredients together and blend in an electric blender in batches until smooth. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze until solid. Yield: six to eight servings.
