Guest guest Posted October 1, 2002 Report Share Posted October 1, 2002 Fresh Celery Soup Source: Ten Talents Blend until smooth: 1 1/2 cups water or soy milk (rice milk, nut milk, etc.) 1/2 cup cashew nuts, raw 1 small onion or 1 Tbsp. onion powder 1 Tbsp. arrowroot powder 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1 large handful fresh celery tops 1 Tbsp. oil Heat through stirring until thickened. Do not boil. Garnish with more chopped celery leaves.
