Guest guest Posted September 29, 2002 Report Share Posted September 29, 2002 Chick Pea Noodle Soup Source: A Taste of Nature 6 cups boiling water 1 small onion, diced 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley, fresh 2 - 3 Tbsp. McKay's Chicken Style Seasoning (vegan) or alternative chicken-style broth 1 cup cooked garbanzos 1 cup noodles (quinoa; sesame; etc.) Boil water; add noodles, onion and parsley. Boil about 6 minutes. Add garbanzos and seasoning. Serve with crackers.
