Guest guest Posted September 29, 2002 Report Share Posted September 29, 2002 Vegetable Soup Source: A Taste of Nature 4 cups water 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced 1 carrot, sliced (optional) 1 small onion, chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 2 cups blended fresh or canned tomatoes 2 Tbsp. McKay's Beef-Style Seasoning (vegan) or 4 Tbsp. gf soy sauce (may use Bragg's Aminos) 1 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. basil 1 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
