Guest guest Posted September 29, 2002 Report Share Posted September 29, 2002 Perfect Pesto 2 cups fresh basil leaves. 1/4 cup pine nuts, walnuts or pecans 3 cloves of garlic, sliced 1 tsp. salt 1/3 cup virgin olive oil 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2-1 cup fresh parsley Blend together in food processor until smooth. Serve on with pasta or grilled vegetables. Great with crackers and toast.
