Guest guest Posted September 29, 2002 Report Share Posted September 29, 2002 Lentil Soup Source: A Taste of Nature (adapted) 1 cup lentils 1/2 cup brown rice 2 carrots, diced 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped celery 10 cups water Boil ingredients about 1 1/4 hours. Add more water, if needed.
