Guest guest Posted September 29, 2002 Report Share Posted September 29, 2002 Cream of Celery Soup Source: A Taste of Nature (adapted) Boil 15 - 20 minutes: 1 cup diced onion 2 cups diced celery 4 cups water 3 Tbsp. chicken-style seasoning 1 tsp. salt Blend and add: 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley 1/2 cup soy milk powder 1/4 cup corn starch 1 cup water Stir with whip as you pour mixture into boiling soup. Boil 1 minute longer. Serves 4 - 6.
