Guest guest Posted September 27, 2002 Report Share Posted September 27, 2002 Rice Pudding Source: A Taste of Nature 3 cups cooked brown rice 1 1/2 cups water 1/3 - 1/2 cup honey 1/3 cup soy milk powder 1/3 cup cashew meal 1/2 tsp. salt (if rice is unsalted) 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 raisins Blend everything iexcept rice and raisins. Pour blended mixture into rice and stir in raisins. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Good served warm or cold with a fruit sauce and topped with soy whipped cream.
