Guest guest
Here's another " basic loaf " recipe that looks good: Basic Loaf Source: A Taste of Nature (adapted/added seasoning options) 2 cups cooked dried beans or whole grains 1/2 cup nuts or seeds, chopped 2 - 3 slices of bread, crumbled (gf if necessary) 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth or soy milk 1 cup chopped vegetables (onions, celery, carrots, bell peppers, etc.) Saute vegetables in small amount of water. Mix all ingredients and season to taste with salt; McKay's Chicken Style or Beef Style Seasonings; soy sauce; garlic and onion powder; sweet basil; sage; Bragg's Aminos; Bill's Best Chick'nish; etc. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees 45 - 60 minutes, until well browned. Serves 6. http://www.Christian-Vegan-Cooking http://www. http://www.VintageVeganTea http://www.VeganMenus4HealthyLiving
