Guest guest Posted September 16, 2002 Report Share Posted September 16, 2002 Cashew Loaf Source: A Taste of Nature (adapted) 2 cups raw cashew meal 2 cups soy mik 2 Tbsp. onion powder 4 slices gluten-free bread, torn into small pieces 2 Tbsp. McKay's Chicken Style Seasoning 1/2 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. dried parsley to garnish top (optional) Pour soy milk over bread pieces. Add other ingredients. Mex well. Bake in prepared 1 1/2 quart casserole dish at 350 degrees until firm, about 40 minutes.
