Guest guest Posted September 16, 2002 Report Share Posted September 16, 2002 Quick Millet Loaf Source: A Taste of Nature 3 cups tomatoes 1/4 cup onion 1 cup raw cashew meal 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sage 1/2 tsp. savory or marjoram 1/2 tsp. basil 2 1/2 cups millet, cooked 1 cup sliced olives Blend all ingredients, except millet and olives. Add millet and olives and mix altogether. Pour into 2 quart prepared casserole dish. Garnish top with parsley flakes. Bake at 375 degrees 45 - 60 minutes.
