Guest guest Posted September 11, 2002 Report Share Posted September 11, 2002 This was originally a mock ricotta, but never having had ricotta, I don't know whether my changes have made that much difference. At my house we call it: Tofu Stuff 1lb mashed firm tofu (water pack for sandwiches, silken if you want to be able to squirt it through a bag onto crackers) 1/3-1/2 c mayo 3/4 c nutritional yeast 1/4 c dried onion flakes 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp seasoned salt or equivalent (I switch around) 1/4 c. dried parsley mix it all together, let sit long enough to hydrate the onions, and eat.
