Guest guest Posted September 10, 2002 Report Share Posted September 10, 2002 Soy Loaf Source: A Taste of Nature 1 cup tomato juice 1 cup water 1 cup soy flour 1 tsp. onion powder or 1/4 raw onion 1/2 tsp. salt Blend all ingredients until smooth and pour into prepared baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees about 40 minutes, until tan crust forms. Cool and turn onto a platter. Good for hot or cold or sliced as a sandwich filling. Will fall a little in baking.
