Guest guest Posted September 10, 2002 Report Share Posted September 10, 2002 Cashew Cheese Sauce Source: A Taste of Nature 2 cups raw cashews 1 1/3 cups water 1 tsp. salt 4 tsp. fresh lemon juice 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 4 oz. can pimento OR 1 red bell pepper 1 tsp. onion powder Blend all ingredients until smooth. Use for Macaroni and " Cheese " ; on top of Pizza; Lasagna; or wherever you want a cheese sauce.
