Guest guest Posted September 9, 2002 Report Share Posted September 9, 2002 Chewy Tofu Chunks Source: A Taste of Nature 1/2 lb. frozen tofu cubes 1 stalk celery, diced 1 small onion, diced 2 - 3 Tbsp. soy sauce (wheat free if necessary) 1/2 tsp. sweet basil 1/2 tsp. dill weed Saute' onion and celery. Run water over tofu chunks to thaw them; then drain. Put all ingredients into small skillet. Simmer until liquid is absorbed. Serves 4. Note: Tofu can be cubed and frozen anytime for later use.
