Guest guest Posted September 8, 2002 Report Share Posted September 8, 2002 Cashew French Toast Source: A Taste of Nature (adapted) Blend: 1/2 ripe banana 1/2 cup orange juice OR 1/2 cup apple juice and 1/2 tsp. orange flavoring 2 Tbsp. soy flour (or other gf flour) 2 Tbsp. honey (or liquid alternative) 1/4 cup cashew meal 1 cup water Dip gluten-free bread slices into blended mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 - 15 minutes per side. Turn when browned on bottom.
