Guest guest Posted September 8, 2002 Report Share Posted September 8, 2002 Fruit Toast Source: A Taste of Nature 2 cups unsweetened canned peaches 2 cups pineapple chunks, canned in own juice 1/2 cup sour cherries or blueberries 1/4 cup honey (or liquid alternative) 3 Tbsp. arrowroot powder 1/2 cup water Bring fruits, their juices, and liquid sweetener to a boil. Mix arrowroot powder with water and stir into fruit mixture. Simmer 3 - 5 minutes. Serve over cubed toast.
