Guest guest Posted September 8, 2002 Report Share Posted September 8, 2002 Quinoa Waffles Source: A Taste of Nature (adapted) 3 cups quinoa flakes 3 cups water 1 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. soy flour 1 - 2 Tbsp. sweetener (honey) Chopped walnuts Blend all ingredients, except walnuts, together. Pour onto hot, prepared waffle iron. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Bake 10 - 12 minutes.
